I am Lucas, a French concierge based in Palma. After several years alongside international families on the island, I have built a network of trusted people, from yacht crews and chauffeurs to chefs and instructors, put to work for your stays and your second home in Mallorca.
How I work
Everything goes through one person. You message me, tell me the dates and what you have in mind, and it comes back as a plan, not a list of numbers. Costs are agreed up front and invoiced in one place. I am on the island year round, and I only introduce someone I would put my own family with.
